Emerald Hills Design ships in USPS Priority Boxes and will recycle boxes whenever possible.
RETURNS
Our return policy is meant to provide a high level of assurance of our product's quality . No returns are accepted without an RMA number, * Return Merchandise Authorization Number*.
AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
We make every attempt to keep our products in stock but can't guarantee their availability. Sold items will not be back ordered. If any items are out of stock we will attempt to contact you by email or phone so that you can request a replacement. If we are unable to contact you after 24 hours, we will ship the items that are in stock and credit your account for the items that are no longer available. Special order items will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
